A Very Tired Wallet

One money word. Two meanings. A wallet needs a nap.

A sleepy wallet resting on a pillow with a floating letter Z

“Why are you going to bed?” asked the coin.

“I'm feeling spent,” said the wallet.

“Did you buy a pillow?”

“No. I just need a rest.”

Spent can mean money that has been used to pay for something. It can also mean feeling worn out.

The wallet hasn't bought anything in this joke. It's just using the other meaning.

The coin has promised not to jingle until morning.
